Ballota Acetabulosa, the Greek horehound, is a small ornamental shrub, originating from Greece and Turkey. It is a compact, evergreen plant growing to 0.5 metres. With a particular fuzzy appearance, characteristic of both the leaves and the shoots, it produces beautiful pink flowers that colour its grey-green surface. It is very resistant to drought and some cold.

Η βαλλωτή ή αλλιώς λυχναράκι είναι ένας μικρός διακοσμητικός θάμνος, με προέλευση από την Ελλάδα και την Τουρκία. Με μια ιδιαίτερη χνουδωτή εμφάνιση, που χαρακτηρίζει τα φύλλα αλλά και τους βλαστούς, παράγει όμορφα ροζ ανθάκια που χρωματίζουν τη γκριζοπράσινη επιφάνειά της.
